Our Journey: From Charity to Market-Based

2016
Graduated from Y Combinator and completed our first 100homes in Haiti.
Started with the traditional nonprofit model but with transparency from the start: build homes, give them away, and send a video to every donor at move-in.

Built our first community in El Salvador at Nuevo Cuscatlán.
Co-designed neighborhoods with families to spur growth beyond everyone's four walls.
